Guaranteed Response Times
Rocom’s maintenance contract provides the best possible back up at the most competitive price. You have access to our technical support and fault control desks to ensure that any fault is logged and diagnosed quickly.
Over 25% of calls are cleared at this stage. The British Standards Institute guarantees our response times. Our category 5, 5e and 6 structured cabling installations will bring your voice and data requirements into a single manageable entity; fully tested, certified and covered by a minimum 10 years’ warranty.
Remote Diagnostics
Where remote diagnostics services are available, our technician team is capable of accessing and clearing a high proportion of faults remotely. Should a visit from an engineer be required, the time taken to respond and effect repair is closely monitored.

Category A
- Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (Bank holidays excluded)
- System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours’ response
- Minor system faults: 16 working hours’ response
Category B
- Monday to Saturday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (Bank holidays excluded)
- System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours’ response
- Minor system faults: 16 working hours’ response
60% LOADING
Category C
- 365 days a year, 24 hours a day without exception
- System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours’ response
- Minor system faults: 16 working hours’ response
150% LOADING
Category D
- Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (Bank holidays excluded)
- Any level of system failure: 4 working hours’ response
100% LOADING
Category E
- Customised solutions include missed cover across multiple site
- Pay As You Go 24 hour cover
